Major, Minor, and Dominant Seventh Chord Matrix

These practice progressions cycle through common Major 7th, Minor 7th, and Dominant 7th in just about every way possible. If you’re working on a lick or enclosures, this will take each chord through a progression of any interval you want – up or down a half-step, a whole-step, a minor third, a major third, a perfect fourth, a tritone, or randomly. These progressions are available on the iRealB forums if you search for my name and “Matrix.” Check them out!
